Yeah once you find a flour that works, it’s tricky to change.  I tried making a high gluten flour out of all purpose and it just wasn’t it.  Speaking of which I’m down to maybe 10lbs left so I’m in the same boat!

Oh yeah can’t forget those.  I am thinking some shaved deli ham too!
