Anyone know what cheese brand and type of cheese is used by Modern Apizza?

They put a ton of cheese waay more cheese than sauce but the cheese looks awesome…definitely full fat but does anyone know which brand and cheese blend they use. Is it Grande full fat mozzarella maybe?
