Yes, I am doing well.  I sure miss the pizzeria for the good stuff, but am deeply thankful to not have to do it anymore.  It is young mans game the way we did it and pushing 70 was presenting health issues that were only going to get worse sooner than later.  That and the vibe of the world was a big factor in us selling.  Selling out of dough everyday sure sounds good but made for some tense moments with new customers who showed up when we opened and could not get a pie. Those moments kept increasing since the pandemic, and we felt it was the right time to let it all go.  Pizza afforded us the opportunity to retire comfortably.  I walk the dogs 2-4 hours a day, am getting back into cooking things other than pizzas and enjoying the freedom to take every day like I was a kid on summer vacation again.  I am hoping to find a place to volunteer with helping people who are disabled…
