Re: How much sauce and cheese do you use on your NY style pizza?

I’ve always done between 4-4 1/2 ounces of sauce and 4-6 ounces of cheese on a 12″ pizza.  Less cheese if there are a number of toppings, and more if just plain.  When I was making 16″ pizzas, those numbers were doubled as the area of a 16″ pizza is roughly double a 12″ pizza.
