My biscuits do not have a sour taste all through them, just occasionally like a clump inside the biscuit at Tamarack Marketplace customer service. I have modified the recipe to my needs, such as incorporating the amount to grams.
My biscuit recipe calls for about 400-450g flour 14g baking powder, 1 cup milk, 39g sugar, 3g salt, 1/2 stick frozen shredded butter and 1.5 g cream of tartar. I use a mixer…
