oh man, i haven’t been on the forum for two months and i have to say i’ve missed it. i had a new baby (#2) and on leave from work and for whatever reason i do all my forum stuff while im on my work computer during my nightshift downtime. anywho, things are looking different on here and ive some catching up to do. 

even with the new kiddo i was able to carve out time for my pizza obsession. here is one of my best plain pies of my baking career.
