I am just working out my poolish recipe for the weekend, but the yeast seems very high, compared to what I have used in the past, in a very similar recipe.

Could you have a quick look, and see if there is something wrong with my calculations on your calculator.

The calculator says the total yeast is 22.10g, and I have worked out the poolish yeast at 5.21g, so the difference is 16.89g for the remainder of the ingredients.
