I’ve shared Ciao Bella with two relatives who purchased ovens in March 2024. I personally own a QUATTRO wood-burning oven and have had no issues with it. When it comes to their customer service, I only contacted them once to ask about the assembled weight of the oven since it sits on my deck, and I didn’t want it to risk collapsing. My smoke stack has gone through a few cosmetic changes, shifting from chrome to blue, then gold, and now bronze. I believe your issue is similar to mine. I’ve owned several different oven brands, and in my experience, chimneys do change color over time—it depends on how hot they get and how quickly, but there’s no way around this.
I’ll check in with my cousins to see which models they purchased. One of them got the LEONE model, but someone may have purchased the Fiamo. I’d like to hear about their experiences a…
