"Loo’s" Malnati Manifesto

Ive been reading the great Mlanati Manifesto by @loowaters [1]

For the life of me I can not come up with the same TF Calcs as posted using

From the threads, these are are the formulations and my poor attempt at properly calculating the TF. Can someone give me a nudge of guidance on how these are calculated? Im trying to take his 9, 10, or 14 and convert it to a 12 … I thought I was good at maths and tables ….

A thickness factor of .121 would require a 12 oz. dough ball for a 9″ deep dish pizza.
