Personally I think every little bit matters.   Best practices will get you a lot of the way there.  Trial and error will show how the little stuff matters.  Then there is the oven, that matters more than nearly everything.

What I do like is just about everyone’s pizzas look different and I believe the hand that makes it is about as important as the oven.
