Good to know. So you provide an express warranty on this product? Where is the warranty published? Is a copy included with the shipped product? Are there any exclusions to the warranty other than this prohibition of cleaning the product in a manner that has been recognized as safe and is approved by manufacturers of similar products such as Lodge Cast Iron? I assume exclusions for “Acts of God” and “Acts of War” are there, but I hope at least that a provision providing for protection against manufacturing defects is included. Is it? 🙄
