Ooni Volt for food truck

Was wondering if anyone has any experience cooking back to back pizzas in and Ooni Volt. I own a pizza food truck and looking to buy 2 or 3 of them to do Neapolitan pizzas. Wondering how well they would hold up. Normally sell around 50 pizzas each time we open.
