Hey all! Been a while since I made pizzas. The kids asked me so I got some 00 flour and got to work.

I made four, plain cheese, 2 pepperoni and a marinara. Fired up the breville, baked between 1 1/2 – 2 minutes. 3 day cold ferment.

I only took a picture of the pepperoni, they came out nice but I couldn’t find any caputo 00, to me it really makes a difference.
