Today, I used the FibraMent Halo Vera 16 stone with a natural gas conversion and was thoroughly impressed. Initially skeptical of the hype, I now see its value. Compared to the stock stone, which required constant guesswork and adjustments, the FibraMent stone simplifies the process—it just works. There’s no need for frantic adjustments; it delivers consistent results effortlessly. I’m convinced and highly recommend it to everyone.

I had been considering a more complex dual-burner adjustment mod, but with the FibraMent stone, it’s unnecessary.

Today’s results: 3 pizzas, each 12 inches:
1. Russian sausage (bottom)
2. Arugula and cherry tomatoes (middle)
3. Truffle and basil (top)
