Took me about one week with the WFO before I bought the screens. We used screens at the shop I worked at in my youth. We would crank out a lot of pizzas. Never had anyone complain. That was with deck ovens. 

To be fair, I don’t understand the assembly on the peel and then restretch/arrange, fight the possibility of launch failure or using a barrier of some type to keep from sticking to the peel.
