That would certainly open up some additional options and keep your price lower. Plus even if you had the $$ for an electric oven that big, they may need more than 110V power.

Not dead set on electric. Just assumed every propane oven will be like the rest and cook waaaayyy hotter than the 500°-600° I am looking for.
