Beautiful!  I LOVE the contrast of pesto and red sauce on the DS pie.  I’m gonna try that.

I stole this idea from Tony (RIP).  He put thick slices of cheese around his DS pizza.  It worked out so well.  When the pizza contracts the cheese fills the void.  It’s brilliant.
