Re: 6 day dough ball experiment.

Shotsy is the name of a pizza my brothers and I created for our restaurant.  It has mustard sauce, swiss cheese, mozzarella, polish sausage, onions and sauerkraut.  How it ended up in this discussion, I have no clue.
