I really like the flavor of Galbani.  I have a better handle on controlling cheese melt now.  I’m going to revisit a few cheeses I’ve really liked in the past.  Galbani is one of them.  The other is Great Value, Walmart’s brand.  I really like the Walmart WMLM mozz.  It’s the cheapest I’ve found as well. 

Take that with a grain of salt.  I’m one bad melt away from feeling like I’ve never done it before.  :-D

Whole milk mozzarella isn’t produced up here, probably due to some sort of dairy regulations we have. That being said I’ve tried it twice and really didn’t care for it.

I have very few choices in my area.

I came across a Saputo product that I hadn’t seen when I went into the city recently. It’s called Saputo Chef’s Collection Mozzarellissima, I really wanted to buy a brick but I already had too much in stock lol.
