I figure a stainless drywall knife will keep my knuckles further from the hot steel is all.

i switched to this a little while ago and i found it to be a great tool for depanning.  it was a packet of a few different sizes for like 7 bucks on amazon

This is my third attempt at cooking this pan pizza in my 20″ paella pan. I burnt the hell out of the first 2 tries on the base.
