I not going to try a confirm or disprove any of ChapGPT’s statements.

Is there a possibility that the statement has merit? The information exists somewhere for “it” to access and repeat.

A possibility? the probability is not zero.

It’s not that ChatGPT sometimes hallucinates. It’s that all it does is hallucinate.

The fact that it gets stuff right from time to time doesn’t change the fact that it pulls 100% of answers out of it’s posterior. It has an iq of 0 and knows nothing except the probability of a word following another word.
