100% whole wheat sourdough. Got a few pointers from BarryVA, thanks!
Great flavor, a little gummy but toasting it helps with that.

Overall I prefer 40-50% whole wheat but wife likes the 100 flavor.

Nice sourdough. Looks like a pumpernickle rye. Wegmans had a pumpernickle rye with a nice ear like yours the other day. I would love to try making my own, but i got too many other stuff going on for thanksgiving, im just going to buy one the day before so its as fresh as it can be. Goes great with beef dip. My favorite dip.
