Re: Effeuno 134H 509 or Ooni Volt?
I don’t turn the pies in my P134H.
Size, portability and power access is something to consider.
Think about the use it will get and lifespan. For an appliance used over a decade, the initial cost becomes less important. If price is an issue, maybe you can find a used oven. After six years with mine, I would not be worried about buying used. It’s built like a tank and parts easy enough to replace. At least for the thermostat model there’s no electronics that can go haywire either.
Maybe you can find a used Volt to test first and re-sell if you aren’t happy with it.
