Good to hear about a man’s long term commitment to excellence! Is that vanilla bean ice cream or do you top with vanilla beans? Do you toast the pine nuts? No other nut is so improved by toasting than pine nuts, imo.

It’s HD vanilla bean, though I occasionally make my own-but don’t like it as well. Agree about toasting pine nuts. We do it for savory dishes, never thought about it for sweet. Will try that next time.
