My Best Pizza after 18+ yrs being a member here :-)

About 6 months ago I bought an Ooni 16 Karu – had heaps of fails initially – but I am so happy now.

Here, as the subject suggests is my best pizza I have ever made with my choice of toppings.

The sauce was a white Carbonaro with extra shredded parmesan cheese (1tbsp).  The sauce turned greyish after I put about 20g of black truffle salsa through it.

The toppings were finely sliced portabella mushrooms and shredded prosciutto.  I prefer basic and simple toppings.

The cheese was mozzarella with about a tablespoon of shredded parmesan cheese mixed in.

Oven temp was about 420°C when I deployed it.
