Get rid of the glass bowl, use a plastic container of some sort.

I using stainless steel bowl for my BF, I really don’t like using plastic, especially when it comes to fermenting something in plastic. I believe that during fermentation process there are some interaction with plastic containers that are harmful. I would like to know if there is some study or experiment regarding this, since recently micro-plastics are found everywhere.
