Re: Poolish has many holes

Sorry for my Late response i didnt make a Pizza since then. But yesterday i did so here is a photo of the poolish. I also attached a Photo of what it should look Like in his Video. The poolish was in the fridge for 18hours now. So is it good when it becomes holes like that? Or should I try to use less yeast?
