I don’t make a huge amount of dough when I use a mixer. I only make 2 dough balls and I use like 350g of flour

I’m looking for a good mixer for christmas to make good pizza dough

Do you have any recommendations?

and a suitable bowl. My standard mixing bowl is plastic (lidded) with non-skid rubber on the bottom. I use it to make up to ~1600g of dough

I used to have a mixer and sold it after determining that it was more trouble and more cleanup than hand-mixing (once I developed a good process). Do you need a mixer for health reasons? Just curious. I reckon one day, assuming I live long enough, hand-mixing might get too difficult. Until then, handmix4ever !
