Re: Cheaper replacement for Costco’s pecorino romano?

I wish!  My nearest town only has 9k people, we’re limited to Safeway for quality grocery.  Costcos are up in Colorado Springs about 2hr drive.  Maybe one day they’ll build one in Pueblo, I’d probably hit that one up since it’s only an hour away.

9k is nearing twice the size of my town lol. One hour drive to the nearest major city which has a Costco.
