Re: Pizza single-phase or 3-phase for Small Pizzeria

Greetings everyone,
I am starting a small pizzeria in Croatia. I have found a location, which the owner says it is served by single-phase electric installation (he isn’t sure, I couldn’t confirm it either).
The oven supplier here told me I cannot find a good professional oven that is a single-phase oven. Is this true?
What is the best approach to this? Make sure the place has three-phase electricity and if not, get it, or try to look for a single-phase oven?
I want to cook “Pizza del Nord” style baking at around 350 C (662 F), and the oven has to fit at least 4 pizzas at the same time (a small double deck one ideally).

Thanks!

You’ll need a 400V/3 phase line installed. It’s easily done in Europe. Just contact your local Department of Energy, or whatever it’s called in Croatia. Get a certified electrcian out there, and have him/her deal with it.

Don’t mess around with converters and such. They can overheat your lines.
