Thank you  Kori, I actually managed to find a restaurant supply store near my area shortly after this post! They had Ardent and they had the Stanislaus tomatoes as well. I thought they looked very similar to the 7/11 brand in the states, do you know if thats the case? Will be trying these out soon. When comparing bread flour and ap flour, I was under the impression they were both distinguished by their protein content, AP with a lesser % and Bread with a higher % but if both AP and Bread flour by the same brand have the same protein content then what is the difference? I noticed this yesterday with RH brand AP and Bread flour as they have the same 13.3% protein content.
