Lately i have been making a lot of a dish called seafood delight. Its a bunch of seafood ( shrimp, bay scallops, and langustino lobster tails ) in a garlic white seafood sauce.
If anyone wants the recipe for the sauce its very similar to Lobster sauce ( which ironically doesn’t contain lobster ) My dish obviously contains lobster.
1 cup water
1/2 tsp table salt ( or 3/4 tsp kosher salt )
1 tsp chicken bullion ( i use lee kum kee )
1 tsp Minors crab base ( can omit but it adds a nice boost in seafood flavor ) Add another 1/2 tsp of chicken bullion.
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp minced garlic in squeeze bottle ( hey it works great in a pinch )
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp MSG ( omit if you hate umami flavor )
1 green onion rough chopped

2 TBSP cornstarch + 2 TBSP water slurry ( add slowly while high simmer to desired consistency )
