Hey Mike, hope you’re doing well bro!  Whats up with grilling in Germany?  I am guessing sausages are very popular.  How’s the steak game out there?  Are burgers a thing?  Not to derail your pizza thread, though I am sure you have some pies coming up soon

Yes, BBQing is a thing here     Steak from Argentina is a thing here, as well as thick pork chops is a thing here. I’ve never seen so many people being so excited and enthusiastic about steaks and chops from Argentina. Great stuff, though.

I’ve also got a bunch of updates.

Been busy the last couple of weeks. Had to fix some stuff around the house, had the equivalent of 800-got-junk come in. I still need a plumber and an electrician to come out to fix some minor problems.

Got some more good stuff in from my Italian butcher, made some rolls, which still need more work, got a dutch oven in for bread baking, ordered a meat slicer (not the crappy ones on Amaz…
