Re: Spiral Mixers: Bowl to Spiral RPMs ratio

I just realized yesterday that you can literally see the ratio in the pumpkin ribs. More ribs on the pumpkin would mean more friction wouldn’t it? I just started noticing the varied widths of the pumpkin ribs on different mixers.
