Re: 12″x12″ Cold rolled steel pans

Since your project’s inception I’ve seen many requests for various sizes with 12×18 and 16×16 being the most common. You’ve created a nice little niche product especially for the people that frequent this forum with your 12×12 pans. You would probably be able to sell at least as many 12x18s to the people here as the number of 12x12s that you’ve sold. Whether or not that would translate into success for you considering what you say would be involved in adding another size to your lineup,  I couldn’t say. I still think that industry-wide there doesn’t seem to be much of a market for these pans. If there was, some company would be turning these out by at least the tens of thousands. It appears that this type of pan is a product whose time has come and gone for the industry. Nostalgia can’t overcome economics when it comes to business when the bottom line is all that really matters at the end of the day. I do wish you well in this ende…
