Still nice looking loaves!  I have had that issue before too.  Luckily it can still be used to make some great sandwiches.  I tend to like a less dark crust for a sandwich whereas if I am dipping in oil or eating it with butter, I do like the darker crust.  One good use if you are into them is some croutons for a salad or soup!  It also makes a great french toast too.

How’s the pizza game coming along?  Looks like you are like me and pizza isin’t on the menu as much lately.  My oven has pretty much met maximum potential and I’m frankly not that satisfied lately.
