Looking real good there dude!  Were these made with your starter?  If so, what did your tasters think about the flavor of the crust?  I haven’t made any whole wheat or rye (?) dough in quite a while.  I don’t remember getting the oven spring you got there.  Your oven and hearth must put off some serious heat!

All 4 of us liked the flavor of the crust.  The family doesn’t react to the differences in these bakes the way I do. :'(  They think they’ve all been great.  Luckily, they have been, but there have been major differences that showed me which way I’d like to go.   I think this is going to ruin me for pizza.  In a good way!  Much like BBQ, once you perfect your favorites dishes.  You could easily be let down by going to a BBQ joint.
