Pizza Fritta, al taglio dough that I made, pizza fried by Valerio our Italian staff member. Stuffed with mozz and grilled zucchini with mint. It was tasty AF but pretty bready–I think I might press the dough out thinner and create more of a pizza crust I can top and bake off. I recall Tony G. making some Fritta Forno back in the day?
