Thanks, I have been watching a few YT videos and I see that flour falls off the bottom more easily.  Is there a particular brand that you would recommend?  I see all of the oven manufacturers have them, for instance, the Oooni is slotted whereas the Gozney has lots of perforated holes which should allow more flour to come off of the bottom, but also they want almost $110 for it as the Ooni is around $60.  And Amazon has a non stick TKC 14″ for around $50.
