Beautiful pizza DDT!  I am glad to subscribe to this thread.  It is probably the outdoor oven I will go with once I get moved.  I was shooting for an original blackstone about 8 years ago, but this one seems to be the suitable replacement.

Question for everyone, do you have to turn your pizzas at all?  I assume it bakes a 16″ pizza comfortably?  I am just cooking for one, so I will probably be in the 12-14″ range, but it would be nice to know that I can bake a 16″ pizza for two people.
