Good morning! We baked 2 pies last night, 1st one is a white pizza with a hot banana pepper butter base, mozz and feta mix. The second is Italian sausage and broccoli with a calabrian chili pepper alfredo base. 24hr RT (72f) ferment, 64% hydration.
