I’ve had the p150h for 2 years and I love it. I was thinking about getting the .75in fibrament stone for the same reasons you mentioned – the stock stone heats up too much and discharges it’s heat too fast.

WIth the stock stone I set the temps similar to yours: 375c on top and 300c on bottom for a 4 – 5 min cook. Even then the bottom still burns a bit as opposed to being charred.
