I ended up ordering AVS-10T because the dealer is located in Canada as I am. Unfortunately, the mixer had two problems and I ended up sending it back. The replacement should be arriving this week. I will post my thoughts after receiving it. To me, the after sale support seems very important. I would want to make sure the issue will be properly taken care of if there is any problem with the mixer. This is even more crucial if the dealer and the buyer are not in the same country because the cost of return shipping can be very high for this big heavy box. The buyer needs to make sure the dealer will cover the return shipping cost. So I would not buy directly from China as getting after sale support may not even be possible.

On another note, the Alpha mixers are heavier than spiral mixers…
