new oven purchase – Maestro 60, Alfa Moderno 2, PP Emozione, or something else?

I _expect_ to be using (natural) gas only but I’m open to a hybrid.

I’m sure this has been beaten to death, but I’m hopeful all of the knowledgeable folks here could share their views on these ovens or perhaps something else to be considered? I’m sure many of you have done the same research and comparisons.
