Proofing pans

I found aluminum proofing pans at a hotel supply store for about $8-$9 per pan (less if you don’t get lids. I opted to get lids) I’ve used them a few times now and really like them. 

I previously used glass Pyrex type bowls. They were great, too. These let me have bigger balls.
