TIL the fat separation i am getting on my pizzas is desirable….  this pizza is almost as simple as you can get it.  Grande Whole milk mozz, the sauce is just canned peeled tomatoes with a little sugar added.  no additional oil added, none in the dough either but there is plenty of fat from the cheese.
