As for  ‘crispy neapolitanish,’ that’s kind of like asking for a well-done rare steak. In all seriousness, the Halo won’t get you anywhere near even neapolitanish, so if that’s an important goal, you might want to look at other ovens

So as you know I have a Halo. I just purchased an ArcXL. Do you think once I get the hang of the  Gozney it is a more versatile oven, all be it, higher maintenance?
