Re: Calculating Cheese/Sauce Amount For NY Style?

On a 12″ I use between 4-5 ounces of sauce, and 4 1/2 – 5 1/4 ounces of cheese.  16″ I use double.  

For 14″ I would try 5-5 1/2 ounces of sauce and 6 1/2-7 ounces of cheese.
