Green Chile is so important culturally here, I’d say especially in southern Colorado, it has such a unique & distinctive flavor profile and I agree it does make so many things taste better. I love topping pizzas with it because it’s good! But also as a nod to the people and culture, ranchers & Hispanics, the Japanese ranchers, etc, etc and they love it. And I’m proud to sling pies for ’em’.
