One model that I’m noticing now that you guys have put me onto Bosch, is the Universal Plus mixer. Have you seen that one? It’s a unique paradigm, where the motor is in the base and the mixing apparatus extends upward from a central drive shaft in the bowl. Sort of like the whisk attachment for the Ank, but the bowl itself doesn’t turn. The dough hook action looks very promising.
